Everett Stunz Company, LTD:

Distinguished for fine linens and specialty beds among a valued local and international clientele, Everett Stunz Co. has been a La Jolla, CA landmark for over 37 years.  During that period of time, Everett Stunz has evolved from San Diego 's original adjustable bed store into one of the finest home linen resources in the country and cyberspace, complemented by the extraordinary DUX bed from Sweden.

On Time Consulting Services recently partnered with San Diego Computer Tech to implement Microsoft RMS at Everett Stunz.  An aging legacy system and hardware were replaced with a server-based RMS configuration.  Bar-code technology and other standard features of RMS have made customer checkout more efficient and increased inventory accountability. 

On Time also provided expertise to conduct a full physical inventory count within the RMS physical inventory module, and established an automatic interface between RMS and QuickBooks, which is used by Everett Stunz for accounting and financial reporting.

Los Angeles Police Revolver and Athletic Club:

On Time Consulting Services, in conjunction with hardware/infrastructure partner, DataComm Solutions, Inc., installed Microsoft Retail Management System for the Los Angeles Police Revolver and Athletic Club (also known as, LAPRAAC) located at the Los Angeles Police Academy in Elysian Park across from Dodger Stadium.

This is an historic site comprised of buildings and equipment that LAPRAAC acquired from the United States Olympic Organizing Committee in 1932. These facilities were used for training purposes by the Los Angeles Police Department after the 1932 Olympic Games. LAPRAAC was the pistol venue site for the 1932 Olympic Games. The 20-plus acres of Police Academy grounds have been (and still continue to be) used as the location of many television and movie productions such as Dragnet, Adam-12 and many others. It is the training site for the tens of thousands of men and women who have learned to be professional police officers in Los Angeles.

On Time implemented RMS in the LAPRAAC gift shop, and also established a mobile RMS capability which was used during the annual Baker-to-Vegas Challenge Cup Relay race for selling Baker-to-Vegas souvenir items.   The mobile store was set up at the start of the race in Baker, CA; then was moved to the end of the race in Las Vegas; and was moved again to the Las Vegas hotel for the post-race awards and celebration.

Sprout Kids, LLC:

Sprout Kids is a children's boutique located steps from the ocean in downtown Manhattan Beach on Manhattan Ave. This 2,800 sq ft location carries an array of eclectic, classic, unique, and trendy items for girls ages 0-10 and boys ages 0-7.

Sprout Kids also offers a design center where parents can come in and design their children's rooms and nurseries from a large selection of furnishing and bedding designs.

Sprout Kids selected On Time as their Microsoft Retail Management System (RMS) provider and partner, and are running RMS in a Windows Small Business Server 2003 environment. In addition to installing and configuring RMS, On Time was able to provide Sprout Kids with an easy-to-install and easy-to-use interface for their Retail Merchandising and Planning partner, RMSA.

The Quilt Cupboard:

The QuiltCupboard is a local retail store that provides wide variety of quilting and home decorating fabrics, quilting books, museum reproduction quilt patterns, quilting and sewing related gifts. They also provide quilting classes taught by the owner who has many fantastic quilts on display in the store located in Fullerton, CA.

On Time installed Microsoft Retail Management System version 1.2 and all of the devices needed for a fully-functional cash register station:  cash drawer, receipt printer, scanner gun, and credit card mag stripe reader. We set up credit card authorization software and configured RMS software to meet the Quilt Cupboard's needs. After hands-on training of RMS cashier and store manager functions, the Quilt Cupboard set up inventory, pricing, and bar code labels for approximately 1000 items and were ready for their Grand Opening over a holiday weekend.
